JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
Process: OWNLY – Restaurant Onboarding
Department: Sales / Merchant Acquisition
Role: Field Sales Executive (FSE/FOS)
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹28,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance: ₹2,500 per month
- Daily Field Visits: 5 visits per day
Job Responsibilities
- Assigned area mein daily restaurants visit karna.
- Restaurant owners/managers se meeting karna.
- OWNLY platform ke baare mein explain karna.
- New restaurants ko onboard karna.
- Required documents collect aur verify karna.
- Interested restaurants ka follow-up karna.
- Daily field activity aur onboarding report maintain karna.
- Assigned daily/monthly targets achieve karna.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months–1 year field sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Field work ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.
- Smartphone required.
- Mumbai mein travel karne ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
