Job Description

  • Generate new business opportunities and industrial clients.
  • Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
  • Promote DCPL products to manufacturers, traders, and industrial buyers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle inquiry generation, quotation follow-ups, negotiations, and order closures.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Coordinate product sampling and commercial discussions.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends.
  • Follow up for payments and customer support.
  • Submit daily visit reports and sales MIS to management.


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B chemical sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of industrial sales and field marketing.
  • Experience in specialty chemicals, pharma intermediates, surfactants, or industrial chemicals preferred.
