Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities and industrial clients.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
- Promote DCPL products to manufacturers, traders, and industrial buyers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle inquiry generation, quotation follow-ups, negotiations, and order closures.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Coordinate product sampling and commercial discussions.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Follow up for payments and customer support.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales MIS to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B chemical sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of industrial sales and field marketing.
- Experience in specialty chemicals, pharma intermediates, surfactants, or industrial chemicals preferred.
