Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Purpose: Drives field-level business development by meeting architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients to generate and close project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct field visits and meetings with architects, interior designers, and corporate facility teams.

· Present Royal Tint's product range (PDLC film, laminated smart glass, cloaking film) and use-cases relevant to the client's project.

· Convert site visits into detailed requirement briefs for the survey and quotation teams.

· Negotiate commercial terms within approved pricing guidelines and close orders.

· Maintain a healthy funnel of prospective clients and update visit/activity reports.

· Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 1-4 years of field sales experience, ideally in building materials, glass, interiors, or B2B solutions.

· Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

· Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

· Two-wheeler/vehicle and smartphone for field reporting.
