Business Development Associate – Residential Resale Sales

About the Role

NestAway is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to support its residential secondary sales business in Mumbai. The role involves sourcing resale properties, connecting with buyers and property owners, developing broker relationships, and supporting property transactions from lead generation to closure.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked in residential real estate sales or resale property transactions and understand the local property market.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads for residential resale properties through property owners, brokers, channel partners, and other sources.

Identify potential buyers and understand their property requirements.

Coordinate property visits, client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and prospective buyers.

Support the sales process from initial enquiry to successful deal closure.

Maintain accurate records of leads, property listings, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

Track local property prices, market trends, and available resale inventory.

Achieve assigned lead-generation, site-visit, and sales targets.

Required Qualifications and Experience

0.6–2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably secondary sales/resale.

Prior experience dealing with residential properties, buyers, sellers, or real estate brokers is required.

Good knowledge of Mumbai's residential property market.

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in the field.

Willingness to work six days a week
