Position: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Calling

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 0-2 Years

Industry: BPO / Telecalling / Recruitment / Sales

• Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential candidates/customers.
• Explain company services and job opportunities clearly.
• Generate leads and schedule interested candidates.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain records.
• Handle candidate queries professionally.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
• Update calling status in sheets/CRM.
• Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
• Confidence in speaking over calls.
• Experience in telecalling/BPO/sales is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
