Job Description
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Overseeing branch sales targets, revenue goals, and overall business performance
• Leading, mentoring, and monitoring staff performance
• Setting and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue and sales targets
• Building strong relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Driving sales, business development, and local marketing initiatives
• Analyzing local market trends and identifying new business opportunities
• Monitoring and tracking competitor activities and market movements
• Ensuring complete accountability for branch operations and performance
• Tracking branch-level financial performance, expenses, and profitability
• Solving operational and customer-related issues effectively
• Acting as a bridge between senior management and on-ground sales execution
• Building a motivated, accountable, and high-performing team
