🎧 Position: Customer Service Executive – Voice Process
💼 Process: International Voice Customer Service
📍 Location: Mumbai
🎓 Qualification: HSC / Graduate
👤 Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
🗣️ Requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹35,000 In-Hand
⏰ Shift: Rotational Shifts
📅 Working: 5 Days Working
🌴 Week Off: 2 Rotational Off
Job Responsibilities• Handle customer queries through voice calls
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards
• Follow company policies and process guidelines
