Job Description

  1. Job Description: Head – Contracts, Procurement & BillingLead contracts, procurement, and billing operations across multiple construction projects.
  2. Manage client billing, including RA bills, measurement certification, reconciliation, submission, and payment follow-ups.
  3. Manage subcontractor billing, including measurement verification, BOQ reconciliation, bill certification, and payment recommendations.
  4. Review work orders, subcontract agreements, BOQs, contract terms, and commercial obligations.
  5. Oversee procurement planning, vendor management, rate negotiations, purchase orders, and timely material delivery.
  6. Prepare rate analyses, comparative statements, cost estimates, and variation/extra-item claims.
  7. Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flows, billing milestones, and profitability.
  8. Ensure timely recovery of contractual dues, variations, escalation claims, and outstanding client payments.
  9. Coordinate with site teams, project managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and finance for commercial closure.
  10. Candidate Profile: BE in Civil Engineering with 7–12 years of relevant construction experience, strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and expertise in client and subcontractor billing.
