Job Description
To ensure timely and complete physical/digital delivery of electricity bills to consumers within the assigned area, and to report undelivered cases for follow-up.
• Distribute generated bills to consumers within the assigned route/beat as per the distribution schedule.
• Obtain proof of delivery where required and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Identify and report undelivered bills (wrong address, locked premises, refusal) to the Sr. Engineer/Indoor Staff for follow-up.
• Support re-distribution of returned/undelivered bills after address verification.
• Handle basic consumer queries at the doorstep regarding bill amount/due date and escalate complex queries.
• Maintain daily distribution MIS/route completion reports.
• Basic literacy and route/area familiarity
• Reliability and punctuality in field delivery work
• Physical fitness for daily fieldwork
• Basic communication and customer courtesy
