Job Description

  • Check billing inputs, timesheets, purchase orders to confirm pricing and catch errors before issuing bills
  • Liaise with clients, vendors or internal departments to investigate and resolve billing or pricing questions
  • Help compile basic accounts receivable, billing, or audit reports as needed
  • Dispatch invoices via email and/or courier
  • Invoice filing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software (Word, Outlook) is preferred
  • Familiarity with any billing software is an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients, vendors and staff
