- Handle inbound calls
- Provide excellent customer service and support.

Eligibility:
- HSC + 6 months experience OR Graduate fresher OR Graduate + 6 months experience.

- Good communication skills (Veti 4 – excellent communication required).
- Comfortable with rotational day shifts.
