Job Description:

  • Handle inbound calls
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Maintain call quality and achieve process targets.

Eligibility:

  • HSC + 6 months experience OR Graduate fresher OR Graduate + 6 months experience.

Skills:

  • Good communication skills (Veti 4 – excellent communication required).
  • Comfortable with rotational day shifts.
  • Language proficiency as per process requirement (Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Bengali, Oriya, General)
