Job Description

  • Perform battery swapping for electric two-wheelers as per company SOP.
  • Remove discharged batteries and replace them with fully charged batteries safely.
  • Check battery condition and ensure proper placement/connection.
  • Manage battery charging and maintain charging records.
  • Maintain daily records of battery swaps, charging status and inventory.
  • Assist EV riders/customers with battery-swapping-related queries.
  • Ensure the swapping station is clean, organized and safe.
  • Report damaged, faulty or abnormal batteries to the supervisor immediately.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and use PPE wherever required.
  • Support basic station operations and other assigned duties.
