🔹 Asst. BartenderSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month

Responsibilities:

• Assist the bartender in preparing and serving beverages.
• Prepare the bar setup before service and maintain cleanliness.
• Handle glassware, garnishes, ice and bar equipment.
• Support inventory and stock management.
• Maintain hygiene and follow standard bar procedures.
• Assist during busy service periods and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Hospitality/bar experience preferred.
• Freshers with relevant bar training may also be considered.
• Good communication and grooming.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

🔹 BartenderSalary: ₹25,000/month

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails and other beverages.
• Handle bar operations independently during service.
• Maintain proper mise-en-place and bar hygiene.
• Manage stock, inventory and beverage requisitions.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks.
• Provide professional and friendly service to guests.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixers and bar equipment.
• Good communication and guest-handling skills.
• Well-groomed and service-oriented.

🔹 Senior BartenderSalary: ₹30,000+ /month

Salary will be based on experience and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily bar operations.
• Prepare and serve premium cocktails and beverages.
• Train and guide bartenders and bar assistants.
• Manage bar inventory, requisitions and stock control.
• Maintain beverage quality, hygiene and service standards.
• Handle guest requirements and resolve service issues professionally.
• Coordinate with the restaurant/service team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in bartending and bar operations.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage service.
• Leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong guest-handling and communication skills.
• Professional grooming and attitude.
