Barista

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a love for coffee, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming café experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) with consistency and quality
• Operate coffee machines and other café equipment efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and seating area
• Take customer orders accurately and handle billing if required
• Provide excellent customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
• Assist in stock management and report shortages
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a café (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
