Job DescriptionDelilah Nail Studio & Cafe is looking for a friendly, skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Bandra West.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of barista or café experience, basic knowledge of coffee preparation and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• ResponsibilitiesPrepare quality hot and cold beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, cold coffee and other café drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders and café equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
• Take customer orders and handle POS/billing when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and café area.
• Monitor coffee, milk, syrups and other beverage inventory.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
• Work effectively with the team during busy hours.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of Barista/Café experience.
• Basic knowledge of espresso-based beverages.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Well-groomed, punctual and presentable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Latte art or specialty coffee experience is a plus.
