Back Office Executive

We are hiring Back Office Executives for multiple openings across office support and warehouse system operations at our E-commerce company.

We’re looking for reliable people with basic computer and Excel skills who can enter information accurately, follow processes and learn our company software. Freshers are welcome. Training on our systems and workflows will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update order, product and inventory information in company systems.

• Maintain Excel sheets and daily records accurately.

• Support order processing, stock updates and routine reporting.

• Check entries for missing information or errors and flag discrepancies.

• Coordinate with office and warehouse teams to keep records updated.

• Follow assigned processes and complete tasks on time.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills, including using a browser, email and managing files.

• Basic Excel skills, including data entry, formatting, sorting and filtering.

• Ability to read basic English used in software and records.

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Regular attendance, reliability and clear communication.

Prior experience in back-office work, data entry or warehouse software is helpful but not mandatory. Responsibilities will depend on the position assigned.
