Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support daily operations by managing CRM data entries, handling customer follow-up calls, coordinating service schedules between customers and engineers, and assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced service environment while ensuring smooth coordination across teams and maintaining accurate documentation.
