Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day back-office operations, including:
Checking and managing incoming emails on a daily basis.
Handling customer inquiries received through email.
Taking printouts of customer requirements and coordinating with seniors for pricing/rates.
Preparing quotations using the company’s quotation software/application.
Sending quotations to customers via email.
Maintaining an updated Excel sheet of all quotations sent to customers.
Following up with customers regarding quotations and pending responses.
Handling quotation-related negotiations with customers.
Coordinating with customers and seniors to finalize rates and terms.
Following up with customers to convert quotations into confirmed orders.
Maintaining proper records and ensuring timely follow-ups throughout the quotation-to-order process.
