Job Description – Back Office Executive Position: Back Office Executive – Service Centre

Industry: Air Conditioning / HVAC / After-Sales Service

Company: Daikin Authorised Service Centre

Location: Borivali East - Mumbai, Maharashtra

Department: Service / Operations

Experience: 1–3 years

Employment Type: Full-Time


  • Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and record customer service requests, complaints and enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
  • Create and update service tickets/job cards with accurate customer and AC/product details.
  • Coordinate with service technicians and engineers for daily service calls and site visits.
  • Allocate service calls to technicians based on location, urgency and availability.
  • Follow up with technicians regarding visit status, diagnosis, repair, installation and closure of complaints.
  • Maintain records of customer details, equipment model numbers, serial numbers, warranty status and service history.
  • Support the Service Manager with administrative and operational activities.
  • Required SkillsGood MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling ability.


Educational QualificationGraduate in any discipline preferred.
