Back Office Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to manage operations related to Alternate Investment Products.

The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills, strong documentation abilities, and a customer-first approach.

• Coordinate with clients for KYC, FATCA, CKYC, bank details and other mandatory documentation.
• Ensure timely execution, application processing, and investment confirmation.
• Maintain accurate records of investments, maturity schedules, interest payouts and renewals.
• Coordinate with product providers, fintech platforms and issuers for transaction execution and issue resolution.
• Generate client reports, portfolio summaries and MIS reports.
• Handle redemption, maturity, reinvestment and transfer requests.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of financial products and investment operations.
• Preferred QualificationGraduate in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration.
• 1 yr of experience in financial services, wealth management, NBFC, brokerage or mutual fund back-office operations.
• Experience with alternate investment products will be an added advantage.
