Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong hands-on experience in Payroll, HR MIS/Reports, Recruitment, and Advanced Excel. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day HR operations and preparing accurate HR reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave and salary inputs.
- Prepare HR MIS, payroll reports and management reports.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage joining, onboarding, employee data and exit formalities.
- Prepare and analyse HR data using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related queries.
- Support HR policies, compliance and day-to-day HR operations.
