Job Description
An assistant bartender supports the main bartender by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, maintaining bar cleanliness, and mixing simple drinks during busy hours. They ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to hygiene standards. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Key Responsibilities
- Stock & Inventory: Restill liquor, ice, glassware, mixers, and bar supplies.
- Prep Work: Cut fruit garnishes, prep juices, and set up the station before service.
- Bar Maintenance: Wash glasses, wipe down counters, and keep the workspace clean.
- Service Support: Assist with pouring beer, mixing basic drinks, or running orders to tables
