Job Description

Key Duties:

• Conduct day & night site inspections across client locations.

• Should have manpower source to ensure shortage can be managed.

• Manage guard attendance, deployments, and shift coverages.

• Respond to on-site emergencies and handle client feedback.

• Submit daily patrol & incident reports via mobile app.

Requirements:

• Bike + Valid Driving License (COMPULSORY)

• 1–3+ years experience in security supervision.

• Strong leadership & de-escalation skills.

• Ready for flexible/night shifts.
