Role Overview

This is a B2B industrial sales role involving visiting industrial plants, developing accounts, creating opportunities, and converting technical discussions into business.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Generate and convert opportunities into sales

•⁠ ⁠Develop relationships with plant teams (maintenance, operations, procurement)

•⁠ ⁠Conduct inspections, plant visits and client meetings

•⁠ ⁠Lead techno-commercial discussions and close orders

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate internally for smooth execution and follow-ups

•⁠ ⁠Maintain pipeline, reports, and payment tracking

Requirements

•⁠ 3–4 years of B2B industrial/ project sales experience (coatings, chemicals, maintenance, or engineered products)

•⁠ Preferred bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical engineering or related field

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel and work in a field-driven role
