Job Description
• Activity Execution Targets:
Meet the Activity execution and order targets assigned by the company.
• Achieve Acquisition Targets:
Meet the acquisition and order targets assigned by the company.
• Area Reconnaissance:
Conduct thorough recce of the assigned area to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
• Permission Securing:
Obtain necessary permissions for activities in apartments, markets, events, and other designated areas.
• Customer Escalation Management:
Address and resolve customer issues promptly within the assigned area.
• Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all acquisitions meet the quality standards required for sustainable order growth.
• New Launch Approvals:
Seek and secure approvals for new product or service launches from society administrators.
• Compliance:
Adhere to all company SOPs and utilize the tools provided by the company effectively.
● Qualifications:
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with the local area and its market dynamics is a plus.
