About us

The Happy Pod is a mass-premium home-linen brand — bedsheets, towels, comforters, the things you actually touch every day. We believe home should feel like a good mood you can walk into, and we build beautiful homes, effortlessly, for people who want a put-together space without the stress of getting it right themselves. We've brought our creative in-house and are building an AI-powered image engine to produce our entire product catalogue — and we're looking for the person to run it.

The role

You'll create the product and lifestyle imagery (and short video) that sells our bedding and bath linen across our website and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra. The core of the job is turning our real product photos into warm, premium, aspirational images using AI tools — restaging our actual prints into styled rooms so customers can picture them in their own home, building complete image sets for every product, and keeping every shot consistent to one brand look across a large catalogue.

This is a hands-on production role. We're after someone genuinely fluent with AI image and video tools, with a real eye for premium imagery, who picks up new tools fast — because this space changes almost weekly, and we want to stay ahead of it.

What you'll do

• Generate product and lifestyle imagery with AI tools (Midjourney, Google's image models, Flux, Firefly and the like), restaging our real product photos so the actual fabric, weave and print stay true
• Build a full set of images per product — hero lifestyle, on-the-bed, macro texture, coordinated/what's-included — to a consistent brand standard across hundreds of SKUs
• Produce marketplace-ready image stacks that meet each platform's rules (clean white-background main image, benefit infographics, size and care, lifestyle shots)
• Create text overlays, callouts and infographics in Canva using our brand type and colours
• Produce short-form AI video and motion for social and product pages — product in use, texture close-ups, satisfying ASMR-style moments
• Retouch, composite and clean up AI outputs (Photoshop or equivalent) so they're artefact-free and print-accurate
• Keep files, naming and folders organised at catalogue scale
• Stay on top of new AI tools and bring us faster, better ways of working

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years in design, visual content, or AI image production
• Hands-on fluency with at least one or two AI image tools, and the appetite to master ours
• A genuine eye for premium, aspirational, consistent imagery — taste matters more than years
• Comfort with Canva and basic Photoshop (retouching, compositing, overlaying text)
• Strong prompt-craft and the patience to iterate until it's right, not just close
• Sharp attention to detail — fabric fidelity, print accuracy, and catching the small AI glitches before they ship
• Organised and reliable, able to handle volume without dropping the standard
• A fast, curious learner who actually enjoys keeping up with new tools

Bonus points for

• AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika) and basic video editing
• A feel for photography — light, composition, styling
• E-commerce or marketplace image experience (Amazon A+ content, etc.)
• Interest in interiors, home décor and design
• Familiarity with Shopify

The practicals
