Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Interview Preparation Lounge Coordinator for a

3-month assignment to manage and promote the Interview Prep Lounge, drive student

engagement, and collaborate with stakeholders during hiring drives.

Job Details

Location: Mumbai (Kandivali)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Student Engagement

• Ensure smooth functioning of the Interview Prep Lounge.

• Support students and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Drive a minimum of 50 students daily to use the Lounge.

• Conduct awareness sessions and demonstrations.

• Track usage metrics and prepare reports.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as liaison between the institution, CII, and hiring partners.

• Coordinate recruitment-drive integration and promotion activities.

• Encourage recruiters to leverage the Lounge for candidate preparation.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Reporting & Coordination

• Monitor performance, feedback, and engagement levels.

• Share regular updates with management.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in stakeholder management, student engagement, placements, or event coordination

preferred.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Minimum 50 students using the Lounge daily.

• Seamless execution and operational uptime.

• Effective coordination with CII and hiring organizations.

• Increased adoption during recruitment drives.

• Positive student and recruiter feedback.
