Job Summary:

We are seeking qualified and motivated Advocates to join our legal practice. We welcome applications from advocates practicing in various areas of law, including Civil Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Corporate Law, Banking & Finance Law, SARFAESI, DRT Matters, Property Law, Consumer Law, Arbitration, and Commercial Litigation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling client matters, legal drafting, court appearances, legal research, and case management within their area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal notices, petitions, applications, affidavits, agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients before Courts, Tribunals, Quasi-Judicial Authorities, and Government Authorities.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Attend court hearings and manage litigation matters independently.
• Provide legal opinions and advisory services to clients.
• Maintain case records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and legal professionals.

Eligibility Criteria:

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-management abilities.
• Ability to handle matters independently and professionally.

Experience:

• Freshers to 10+ Years of Experience.
• Advocates with an established practice area are encouraged to apply.
