Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, organized, and energetic Administrative Receptionist who will be responsible for managing the front desk while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient with computers, and maintain a professional attitude while interacting with customers, suppliers, and employees.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & ReceptionWelcome and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and guests professionally.
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department.
  • Handle enquiries and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition.
  • Manage visitor records and appointment schedules.
  • Administrative SupportPrepare letters, quotations, and office documents.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Scan, print, photocopy, and organize important documents.
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
  • Assist management with daily administrative work.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting schedules.
  • Handle courier dispatches and incoming deliveries.
  • Computer & DocumentationGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Maintain reports using Excel.
  • Prepare MIS reports whenever required.
  • Update customer, supplier, and employee records.
  • Assist in data entry and documentation.
  • Accounts CoordinationBasic knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for invoices and documentation.
  • Maintain payment follow-up records.
  • Assist in filing GST and accounting documents.
  • Digital & Creative SupportBasic knowledge of Canva for designing simple creatives.
  • Basic photo editing skills.
  • Basic video editing using CapCut.
  • Assist in creating promotional posters and festival greetings.
  • Support WhatsApp Business broadcasts and customer communication.
  • Office AdministrationMaintain office stationery and pantry inventory.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and office boys.
  • Follow up on office maintenance and vendor services.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.
