Job Description

Position: Admin Executive


Experience: 1 to 5 Years


Location: Malad West


Key Responsibilities:


Handle vendor invoice processing and billing activities.

Manage AMC renewals for services such as AC maintenance, fire extinguishers, pest control, etc.

Coordinate with premises/facility teams for:

Car parking management

Housekeeping coordination

Stationery management

Pantry management including soft drinks and refreshments

Arrange hotel bookings and flight bookings for guests and employees.

Prepare and manage gate passes and visitor coordination.

Maintain administrative records and support day-to-day office operations.

Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely service delivery.


Required Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of admin and facility operations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.


Eligibility:

Experience: 1 to 5 years in Administration / Facility Management role.
