Accounts Manager

• ey ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
• Handle payroll accounting entries, salary-related accounting and reconciliation.
• Manage GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliation, input tax credit and related documentation.
• Handle TDS compliance, including deduction, payments, returns, reconciliation and TDS certificates.
• Manage PF, ESIC and other statutory reconciliations and compliance.
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of ROC and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Prepare and process vendor, customer and other business payments with proper verification and approvals.
• Monitor receivables, payables, outstanding payments and collections.
• Ensure proper reconciliation of bank, customer, vendor, GST, TDS, PF/ESIC and other statutory accounts.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team and review their day-to-day work.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and internal departments as required.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, supporting documents and statutory files.
• Assist management in MIS, financial reports, cash-flow requirements and other accounting-related reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures and applicable statutory requirements.

Qualification - M.com /Inter CA OR ICWA
