- Customer Service & Billing Experience
Required Skills
- Good numerical and analytical ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing processes
- Good computer skills and familiarity with POS/billing systems
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure during peak business hours
