Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Book keeping & Ledgers:
Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions, including cash receipts, bank payments, purchases, and sales.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, GST and TDS compliance and track outstanding payments.
Reconciliation:
Perform daily or monthly reconciliations of bank statements, HO ledger monthly reconciliation and vendor reconciliation in case of mismatch.
Statutory Compliance: GST and TDS data provide to HO to comply with GSTR1, GSTR 3B and TDS quarterly return on time. Budget requirement under charitable Act.Financial Reporting: Prepare routine reports on cash flow, ageing receivables, and trial balances for management review. Annual book closure and resolve Audit queries.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or related business discipline.Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of accounting software Tally Prima and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
