Job Description

Designation- Accounts & Operations Executive

Department-Accounts Operations

Industry-EdTech(B2B-offline)


JD:

1. Oversee daily accounts and cash flows 

2. Maintain and manage invoices & updating BRS 

3. Process and check data through Tally ERP 

4. Regular follow up with clients for payments, TDS & outstanding invoices 

5. Regular filing of GST, TDS & returns 

6. Coordinating with vendors and sending Purchase orders when required 

7. Managing complaints from clients and assisting engineers for problems 

8. Collecting & sending monthly engineer reports to the clients

9. Manage Operations work with regards to Kits and other stocks of the company

10. Coordinate with the school teachers and the school management for other operational work
