Job Description
Job Title: Accountant cum Office Assistant (Male Only)
Location: Koliwada
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Gender Preference: Male candidates only
Job Overview:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Assistant to handle daily accounting tasks along with basic office operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and be comfortable with administrative responsibilities.
- Key Responsibilities:Record financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles
- Prepare and enter invoices, bills, and payment records
- Reconcile discrepancies in financial entries
- Maintain and update general ledgers
- Assist with taxation work, including filing returns
- Handle basic office administrative tasks
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and outstanding dues
- Maintain proper documentation and records
