Job Description

Maintain daily accounts, sales, purchases, expenses, and cash records.

Handle daily cash reconciliation and bank transactions.

Prepare invoices, bills, and payment records.

Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records.

Monitor outlet-wise sales and expenses.

Coordinate with management, vendors, and auditors.

Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
