Job Description
1) Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
2) Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
3) Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
4) Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
5) Maintain vendor accounts and verify bills before processing payments.
6) Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
7) Record purchase receipts, material issues, sales dispatches, and returns.
8) Monitor stock levels and identify shortage, excess, damaged, or slow-moving inventory.
