Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. We are open for Part time as well as Full Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Tally Management: Maintain daily data entry, vouchers, and transactions accurately within Tally software.
- Ledger Maintenance: Prepare, review, and reconcile financial ledgers (accounts payable and receivable).
- Financial Preparation: Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and trial balances.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- MIS: Preparation of MIS
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: At least 6 months of accounting experience.
- Software: Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 or Prime).
- Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excel Skills: Solid baseline knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
