Job Description

Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Mahalaxmi - Byculla - Mumbai

Exp: 2+ years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
  • Prepare and verify GST and TDS workings, ensuring timely compliance.
  • Assist with GST/TDS return data preparation and statutory documentation.
  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with auditors and internal teams as required.
  • Maintain accounting records in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
