# Job Description – Accounts Executive

**Position:** Accounts Executive

**Location:** 11th floor, Ozone Bix Center, Bellasis Road, Mumbai Central, Mumbai- 400008

**Experience Required:** 6 Months – 1 Year (Freshers are not eligible)

**Employment Type:** Full-Time/ Internship

## About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Accounts Executive** to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations. Candidates with practical accounting experience are preferred.

## Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.

* Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.

* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash and bank records.

* Assist in GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance.

* Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.

* Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.

* Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

* Coordinate with internal teams for payment processing and documentation.

* Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

* Assist in audit preparation and statutory compliance.

* Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.

## Required Skills

* Good knowledge of accounting principles.

* Working knowledge of **Tally ERP/Tally Prime**.

* Proficiency in **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

* Understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

* Strong analytical and numerical skills.

* Good communication and organizational abilities.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

## Eligibility

* Bachelor's degree .

* **6 Months to 1 Year of relevant accounting experience is mandatory.**

* **Freshers are not eligible** for this position.

## Preferred

* Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime.

* Basic understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
