Job Description
• Maintain and update daily expense sheets.
• Maintain Cash Invoices
• Update Excel/Google Sheets regularly and accurately.
• Maintain and organize digital documents and records.
• Maintain and update stock/inventory sheets.
• Record incoming and outgoing stock.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding stock availability.
• Regularly check and update stock quantities.
• Respond to basic client requirements through WhatsApp/email.
• Share product catalogues, product details, quotations, and other information with clients.
• Follow up with clients for required information or documents.
• Coordinate with Porter, courier partners, and delivery personnel.
• Book Porter/courier services whenever required.
• Share pickup and delivery details with the concerned person.
• Track deliveries and follow up on pending shipments.
• Coordinate with the team for timely dispatches.
• Maintain proper records of expenses and transactions.
• Assist with basic reconciliation and data checking.
• Handle other small day-to-day tasks assigned by the Accounts team.
