Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the overall finance and accounts function. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and practical experience in handling routine accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate records.

- Manage sales and purchase entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.

- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

- Handle journal entries and general accounting activities.

- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.

- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding accounts-related matters.

- Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related activities.

- Support senior management in finance and accounting tasks.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

- Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS will be preferred.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage accounting activities efficiently.

Candidate Preference

- CA Dropout candidates preferred.

- B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduates with relevant experience can also apply.

- Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week.
