Service Engineer

Position: Service Engineer

Department: Operations / Technical Services

Reporting To: Service Manager / Operations Manager

Perform HVAC Validation, Cleanroom Validation, Calibration, Compressed Air Testing, Nitrogen Testing, and Environmental Monitoring activities.

Operate and maintain instruments such as Particle Counters, Anemometers, Photometers, Data Loggers, Dew Point Meters, and other validation equipment.

Conduct installation, operation, and performance qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities as required.

Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments and equipment.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of validation instruments.

Prepare validation and calibration reports.

Maintain service records, logbooks, and test data.

Ensure all documentation complies with GMP, ISO, and customer requirements.

Record observations and report deviations to the supervisor.

Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and quality management requirements.

Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO/IEC 17025, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Maintain cleanliness and safety at work locations.
