* Generate and manage merchant loan leads.
* Assist merchants with the loan application process.
* Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
* Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval and disbursement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
* Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.
### *Eligibility*
* Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
* Experience in sales, finance, banking, or loan products is preferred.
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
