Sales Head

We are looking to hire an experienced sales head for our reputed client based at Maliya-Halvad Highway, Village Rapar, Morbi (Near rajkot), Gujarat

The ideal candidate should have below skill sets to apply for the position

• Should have minimum 12-15 years of experience in FMCG/Sales.
• Experience in products like Namkeen/noodles/Corn flakes/Choco fills/cereals are preferred.
• Candidate should be Graduate with good communication skills
• The candidate should have very good distribution network/client network in the states like Gujarat/Madhya pradesh/Maharashtra and rajasthan.
• Should be able to prepare annual sales budget and sales strategy to achieve the assigned target
• Should be able to hire sales team, train them and convert their potential into performance
• Should have relevant experience in FMCG/Snacks/Namkeen/Beverages industry only and at least last 5 years should be in managerial/team leading role.

About client: The company is start up into manufacturing of Noodles and Break fast cereal. The factory will be located at Village Rapar, Maliya-halvad Highway, Morbi. So the person will have to report at the factory for time being till the company starts its office in rajkot. Products of the company is noodles (Masala/Korean/Schezwan and cheese fusion noodles) and Breakfast cereal (Corn flakes/Choco flakes/Choco fills/Puff ring/Cheese ball).
