Job Description
Field Sales Executive – FMCG / Spices
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop and manage the retail market for our FMCG spice products in Ghazipur and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit grocery stores, retailers, wholesalers and distributors regularly.
• Introduce and sell our ₹5 and ₹10 spice products.
• Generate new retail outlets and take regular orders.
• Maintain good relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve market coverage.
• Collect orders and share daily sales/market reports.
• Follow up with existing retailers for repeat orders.
• Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• 12th pass or above.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi.
• Must be comfortable with field work and daily market visits.
• Candidates from Ghazipur/Yusufpur and nearby areas preferred.
• FMCG/Sales experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
Average Incentive: ₹3,000+ per month based on performance.
Immediate joining preferred.
