Visa / Immigration Consultant

An immigration telecaller acts as the first point of contact for prospective clients, managing both inbound and outbound calls. Their primary goal is to generate leads, explain visa/immigration services (such as study or work visas), and schedule appointments for senior immigration consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided data.
• Service Explanation: Clearly explain immigration, PR, work permit, and study visa processes for countries like Canada, Australia, or the UK.
• Appointment Scheduling: Book consultations for interested clients to meet with senior immigration or visa counselors.
• Lead Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads and track client progress through the sales pipeline.
• Database Management: Update and maintain client details, conversation notes, and call outcomes in the company CRM.

Ideal Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation is generally preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (like Punjabi) is highly valued.
