🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Process Trainer to join our growing BPO team. If you have a flair for training, coaching, and driving performance excellence in a customer service environment, this role is for you.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Deliver engaging new hire training (process, product & soft skills)

✔ Conduct refreshers based on performance gaps

✔ Monitor trainee progress and provide actionable feedback

✔ Facilitate mock calls, role plays & live assessments

✔ Collaborate with Operations & Quality teams

✔ Maintain training reports, attendance & performance data

✔ Ensure process compliance and client standards

🎓 Eligibility:

🔹 Graduate in any discipline

🔹 1–3 years of experience as a Process Trainer (BPO preferred)

🔹 Strong communication & presentation skills

🔹 Experience in voice process (Domestic/International)

🔹 Comfortable with rotational shifts
