TELESALES EXECUTIVE - (Study Abroad / MBBS Admissions)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for enthusiastic, results-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from company-generated leads.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries regarding MBBS and other study abroad programs.
  • Understand students' requirements and provide basic information about available options.
  • Schedule counseling sessions with senior counselors.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture and convert leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
  • Coordinate with the counseling team to ensure a seamless student experience.


Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Good listening skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM systems.
  • Strong follow-up skills.
