TELESALES EXECUTIVE - (Study Abroad / MBBS Admissions)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Worlin® is one of North India's most experienced study abroad consultancies, helping students secure admissions to internationally recognized universities for MBBS and other healthcare programs abroad. We are looking for enthusiastic, results-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from company-generated leads.
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding MBBS and other study abroad programs.
- Understand students' requirements and provide basic information about available options.
- Schedule counseling sessions with senior counselors.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture and convert leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
- Coordinate with the counseling team to ensure a seamless student experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up skills.
