Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Tele caller to promote and support our Mobile EMI Locking Software. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with mobile shop owners and customers to explain the features, benefits, and functionality of our software that helps in EMI recovery by locking the phone in case of non-payment.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide users on how to use the software for locking/unlocking phones during EMI cycles.
Maintain daily call records and update with lead status.
Handle queries, objections, and resolve customer issues effectively.
Coordinate with the sales and technical team for onboarding and support.
